AA UK Roadside Service provides assistance if you break down more than a quarter mile from your home or office address, while AA UK Home Start provides breakdown assistance if you break down within quarter mile from your home or office address. AA Relay provides for transportation of your vehicle and driver, and up to seven passengers, to a UK mainland destination if speedy local repair is not possible.

If your business depends on your van, then it makes a lot of sense to get a good van insurance policy, and in terms of cost, coverage, and options available, they don't come much better than AA Van Insurance.

A separate short-term van insurance policy from AA allows you to drive another vehicle without putting the no-claims bonus on your own main vehicle insurance at risk. There are a number of advantages to obtaining short-term van insurance, which include: temporary additional drivers; temporary additional vans; unaccompanied vehicle demonstrations; lending a van to a friend, colleague or relative; and immediate drive-away insurance if you've just bought a van.

The main conditions for obtaining short-term van insurance from AA are: any van you can drive with a standard UK driving licence; any person who has been resident in the UK for 12 months or more; drivers aged between 18 and 75; and fairly standard driving license conditions, which can be seen in full on the relevant AA Van Insurance page.
